These terms explain the rules for using the MSB Educational Institute, Mombasa website and its student, parent and staff portals.
These terms apply to msbmombasa.com and to the portals you can sign in to from it. By using the website or signing in to a portal, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Breaking these rules can lead to your account being suspended, and the school may deal with it under its own policies.
Marks, report cards, attendance, timetables and other records are shown as the school has entered them. Some information, such as report cards, only appears after the school has released it.
If anything in your account looks wrong, such as a subject you do not take or a mark you did not expect, please contact the school office so it can be checked and corrected.
When you upload work, send a message, answer a form or post a suggestion, it remains yours. You allow the school to store and use it to run the portals and to support the pupil's education.
The text, photographs, logo and seal on this website belong to MSB Educational Institute or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reuse the logo, the seal, or photographs of pupils and staff without the school's permission.
We work to keep the website and portals available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of them, for example for maintenance.
The website links to other websites, and the map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
